Shortly after the attack on our Embassy and CIA Annex in Benghazi, Libya, David ran into Kris “Tanto” Paronto, one of the war fighters and heroes that saved countless lives at the CIA Annex. David collaborated with “Tanto” on a Safe Room System that could have saved the lives of our Ambassador, Chris Stevens, and others as they came under a very orchestrated attack by ISIS. From that meeting, American Defense Solutions was born and has continued to evolve into a complete “Defense in Depth” company that specializes in Saving Lives. David is also no stranger to long guns- his long – range shooting skills are exceptional.
Grant Bucks
Chief Operations Officer
Lt. Col. Grant “Doctor” Bucks USAF (Ret) is a decorated F-15 Fighter Pilot, Combat Veteran, Current Federal Officer. Served in the United States Air Force for more than 20 years. Grant has served as Chief Activity Security monitor (ASM) and Special Technical Operations (STO) Instructor where he built, managed, and maintained multiple Top-Secret Sensitive Compartmentalized information facilities (SCIF’s) securing, protecting, and training War fighters on our nation’s most sensitive secrets. Grant also holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and two master’s Degrees in both Business Management and Strategy.

Retired Marine veteran and retired Mesa Arizona Police Department. John is an invaluable member of the ADS Team with the primary responsibility of planning and overseeing all installation projects with our Defender Security Film, Safe Rooms, Doors, and Panels. His eye for detail and professionalism ensures every installation is done perfectly and with complete client satisfaction.

Mark is a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience in the corporate world, as an entrepreneur and real estate investor. Currently serving as the President of American Defense Solutions of Texas, he has carved a distinguished career marked by leadership, strategic thinking, resourcefulness, and a relentless commitment to excellence. He has a track record of success and a reputation for driving positive change. Marks dedication extends beyond his professional pursuits: he holds a deep love for his family, community, and country.
Chip Cassady
Senior Vice President (SVP)
Chip brings over 30 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, and Operations, working with top global brands like Disney and ADVO/Valassis. He has led large corporate teams and spent over 15 years in the startup space, specializing in mobile ad tech, indoor location, and retail technology. Chip’s expertise spans Fortune 500 companies and innovative startups, driving growth in dynamic markets. Currently, as Senior Vice President of Sales Operations, he oversees corporate growth strategies and Franchise Development. Chip collaborates with all stakeholders, including ADS associates, vendors, agencies, partners, and sellers, to ensure strategic alignment and deliver impactful results.
Kaitlin Rowe
Sales and Marketing Director
Kaitlin is a critical member of our team who brings an unparalleled level of organization, efficiency, productivity and service to American Defense Solutions. She currently serves as Sales and Marketing Director at ADS. She is a Scottsdale native with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Arizona State University and has completed multiple case studies on Human Behavior. Her ability to optimize operations, streamline tasks, and facilitate training programs is instrumental to ADS. She is highly dependable, passionate about personal security, and dedicated to ADS’s mission of protecting people and saving lives. Kaitlin provides a level of service so far above standard, only our clients can benefit from it.
